How we handle your information.

Boundless Homes is operated by Joshua Donnelly, NSW Builder Licence 258422C, ABN 92 624 984 812, of 2/15 Lawson Cres, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450.

What we collect

If you fill in the enquiry form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, suburb and project details you give us. Nothing else. There is no account to create and no payment taken on this site.

Why we collect it

So Josh can call or email you back about your project, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the job if it goes ahead. That is the only reason.

Who sees it

Josh, and anyone at Boundless Homes working on your project. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and email is handled by our email provider. Both may store data outside Australia.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing. If your project needs a subcontractor, engineer, certifier or council lodgement, we will only pass on what that specific job requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for up to two years and then deleted. Records for jobs we carry out are kept for as long as the law requires for building work and tax, which in NSW can be up to ten years for statutory warranty purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. If website analytics are running, they record anonymous information such as which pages were viewed and roughly where in the country the visit came from. That data is not linked to your name or contact details.

Getting a copy, or asking us to delete it

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email info@boundlesshomes.com.au or call 0466 659 378 and we will sort it out.

If you are not happy with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
